Terms of Service

1. Introduction

This document outlines the Terms of Service for any person or persons who purchase a service from Bee.host (https://bee.host). 'We', 'us', 'our', 'bee' and 'bee Host' refer to bee as a company. 'You', 'your', 'Our Services' refer to any or all of our website at bee.host, its subdomains, associated domains, and our associated hosting services. 'You', 'customer', and 'the user' refer to the client purchasing services.

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, collectively form the legal framework governing the agreements between bee and its Customers.

2. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old or of legal age in your country to use our services.
• Sharing or selling accounts is not permitted.
• Bee.host is not responsible for loss of access or data resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend access if we suspect fraudulent activity, compromised credentials, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 Billing

Services are billed automatically based on your selected cycle upon purchase. Invoices must be paid before the service is provisioned or activated. We reserve the right to update our pricing with a minimum of 7 days notice on any service.

3.2 Non payment service suspensions

Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or termination of your service and all its data, without or with warning.

3.3 No questions asked refund

bee provides a 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund policy for Game Hosting services, known as our "Money-Back Guarantee." However, Custom offerings and plans, Managed and Dedicated Server offerings are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity, at our discretion, and we will only issue one refund per customer.

4. Service Cancellation

To cancel one or more of our services, customers must use the Request Cancellation option within our billing panel. The available cancellation options are:

• Immediate Cancellation: The selected service will be terminated within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request. No refunds will be provided for any remaining billing period.
• Cancellation on Next Due Date: The selected service will be terminated on the next invoice due date.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your service/account.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in a Denial of Service (DoS) attack
• Scanning for open ports on a network (port scanning)
• Sending or facilitating spam
• Publishing discriminatory, hateful, or violent content
• Transmitting malware
• Publishing defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Violating laws or regulations
• Engaging in inappropriate or unethical activities
• We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation.
• Creating an unreasonable payment dispute.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy and/or the Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion, without notice. Certain terms in this Acceptable Use Policy and/or the Terms of Service may be overridden by updates to the other policies mentioned above, as published on our website.
